At the top of the screen next to the Artists's name you will see an Edit link. Click on this and you will be able to edit the content, click on Save when you have finished.

Adding a Rider

The rider will only be visible to people who are logged in to the promoter account which is:

Furthermore for them to see the rider for a particular artist you must send them the special link which is created when you add the rider and create a password, this is how it goes:

  • Edit the artist you want to create a rider for.
  • The very top of the edit page has the rider options, so first thing is to make either a PDF, DOC or TXT document with the rider infor inside and then upload it by clicking on browse and finding it on your computer.
  • Once the file has uploaded, in the box below type in a password. This will just be for the current artist's rider.
  • Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on Save.
  • When the page has loaded, you will see at the top a box which contains a link to the password protected page. Copy this and paste it into the email to the promoter who you want to grant access along with the promoter account details, so it will look something like this:

Dear Promoter
